Job Title: English as a Second Language Teacher

Aifabot Inc. is seeking a qualified English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher to join our team. As an ESL teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English to students who are non-native speakers.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train teaching assistants to ensure they are providing high-quality instruction to students.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
  • Prepare and present subject material according to an approved curriculum.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • TESL/TELF/TESOL certification.
  • Provincial or Territorial Teaching Certificate.
  • Basic security clearance and criminal record check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
