Position Overview

Exro Technologies Inc. is seeking a skilled Program Coordinator within our Engineering division. This role is pivotal in driving Strategic Initiatives, overseeing New Product Introductions, managing Materials, and fostering Continuous Improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze program and project requirements to align with Exro's long-term commercial and operational goals while addressing customer and partner needs.
  • Collaborate with various business units to build a strong case for the program, ensuring commitment from department heads for resource allocation.
  • Provide essential technical insights and updates on project statuses to support operations across sales, marketing, and engineering.
  • Create and manage program timelines, working with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to deadlines, and escalate issues to management as necessary.
  • Oversee program status and maintain communication with stakeholders, independently identifying and resolving issues with minimal guidance.
  • Utilize professional relationships to support Product Management, working collaboratively with other departments to achieve program objectives.
  • Lead product development teams through established processes, including planning, design, development, validation, and production initiatives.
  • Identify gaps in process awareness and training opportunities for project team members.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical project management role within a product-oriented organization.
  • Strong ability to cultivate customer and external relationships in both technical and commercial contexts.
  • Prior experience in software scrum management and Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience in the automotive sector or with OEMs is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
