About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned technology leader to join our Capital Markets Technology division as the Director, Asset Management and Project Delivery. This role is a key part of our Alternate Solutions Group, responsible for the overall software development and delivery of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical leadership on application design and architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies and standards.
  • Oversee project deliverables, ensuring optimal quality and timely completion.
  • Lead development team delivery improvements, including agile ceremonies and development delivery KPIs.
  • Partner with Capital Markets front office to contribute to overall business strategies and identify opportunities to leverage technology.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors regarding contract negotiations and technical architectures.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing multiple development teams.
  • Expert-level knowledge in design and analysis methodology, application development processes, and financial services industry.
  • Ability to understand and verify technical designs, with a focus on current and emerging technologies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to deliver first-to-market solutions for non-traditional clients.
