About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Account Executive to join our team at IPG Health Medical Communications. As an Associate Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of medical communications projects, working closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination and management of medical communications projects, including scheduling calls and meetings, tracking project status, and developing and managing timelines.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Develop and track budgets, and raise client invoices.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining financial trackers and updating our financial system.

Requirements
