We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sundre Car Wash. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and maintaining inventory.
- Assist with budget planning and expenditure control, ensuring accurate financial records and reports.
- Oversee the preparation of reports, including data compilation and statistical analysis.
- Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Compile data and statistics, and prepare reports as required.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliability, dependability, and time management skills.
