Position Overview:

We are in search of a meticulous and knowledgeable Legal Operations Specialist to join our dynamic legal team at Sonder. In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing legal functions, coordinating business and legal affairs, and upholding a high standard of integrity and transparency in all undertakings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the legal department
  • Oversee legal department subscriptions and licenses
  • Support contract management and compliance efforts
  • Evaluate and negotiate a variety of contracts
  • Engage in real estate transactions and lease agreements
  • Collaborate with various teams to address legal challenges
  • Conduct thorough legal due diligence and maintain document repositories
  • Contribute to the optimization of legal processes

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a paralegal role
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Capacity to prioritize responsibilities and work autonomously
  • Proficient in technology with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with legal software and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous)
