About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Machinery Maintenance Technician to join our team at FS Tool Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our industrial machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work on machinery, including detecting and troubleshooting irregularities and malfunctions, and repairing or replacing defective parts.
  • Equipment Installation: Install new machinery and equipment, and ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and equipment performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other maintenance team members to ensure that all maintenance activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Equipment and Machinery Experience
  • Hydraulic System: Experience with hydraulic systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Lathes and Machining Tools: Experience with lathes and other machining tools, including operation and maintenance.
  • Pneumatic System: Experience with pneumatic systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Power Transmission System: Experience with power transmission systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Tool Grinders: Experience with tool grinders, including operation and maintenance.
