Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
Work Environment

This position is set within a casino atmosphere, requiring a dynamic approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Provide detailed descriptions of menu items and daily specials to enhance customer experience.
  • Assist patrons in selecting menu items based on their preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, trays, and chairs to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Welcome guests, present menus, and respond to inquiries regarding food and beverage options.
  • Efficiently serve food and drinks to customers.
  • Accurately take orders and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
Certifications

Completion of the ProServe program is required.
