Food Service Manager

Yukon Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Develop and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory, ensuring minimal waste and optimal usage.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food service staff.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
