Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician Foreman/Woman to lead our electrical team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of electricians to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in electrical work.
  • Industrial Electrician Red Seal Certificate.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
