Job Summary

The OSM Ramper Clerk is a key role within CN's intermodal operations, responsible for ensuring seamless transactions at our intermodal yards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide transactional support to Operations
* Validate and perform ramping for Ports and Terminals
* Resolve complex waybill and EDI issues
* Develop and implement office procedures

Working Conditions:

* Standard working conditions in an office environment
* Availability on-call 24/7 for critical incidents
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle pressure

Requirements:

* Qualified OSM Ramper
* Training in Service Reliability Strategies and procedures
* Certified in Transportation of Dangerous Goods regulation
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
* Fluently bilingual in English and French

Training:

* 2 months on-the-job training

This position is a unionized role with pay and benefits governed by the applicable collective agreement.
