Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Winter Works Combo/Plow Operator to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you'll be responsible for operating a loader and performing other maintenance duties such as patrolling, patching, and minor equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a loader and perform other maintenance duties as required
  • Patrol and inspect road conditions to identify areas that require maintenance
  • Patch and repair roads as needed
  • Perform minor equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays, as winter events require
Requirements
  • DZ or AZ license with a clean driver's abstract required
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
  • Willingness to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays, as winter events require
  • Ability to operate a loader and perform other maintenance duties as required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to drive manual transmission
  • Previous experience in winter-works operations
  • Mechanical knowledge, ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to equipment as required
