Position Overview

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at ANYTIME METALS LTD. will play a pivotal role in steering the organization towards achieving its strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and oversee the creation of key departments and senior staff roles.
  • Strategic Planning: Set organizational objectives and either formulate or endorse policies and programs.
  • Representation: Act as the primary representative of the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate this responsibility as necessary.
  • Financial Oversight: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, approve promotional strategies, and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a team of 3-4 individuals, ensuring effective leadership and guidance.

Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a relevant leadership role.
