We are seeking a skilled Bread Artisan to join our team at COBS Bread Harris Green. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for a variety of bread, rolls, and pastries according to our recipes and special customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough for bread, rolls, and pastries according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Bake mixed dough to perfection
  • Prepare special orders to meet customer demands
  • Follow production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Organize, clean, and sanitize all production areas to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
