Position Overview

Compensation: $18 - $30 per hour (Based on experience)

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with a variety of vehicles and tire types, ensuring no two days are the same.
  • Performing inspections, installations, balancing, rotations, and repairs on passenger, light truck, commercial, or OTR tires and wheels.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with clients.
  • Upholding safety standards for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Taking pride in your contributions to keep customers safe and their vehicles on the road.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A motivated individual with a keen interest in automotive mechanics.
  • Previous experience in automotive or commercial tire services is a significant advantage.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory, along with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Preparedness for a physically demanding and sometimes unpredictable work environment.
