As a key contributor in this position, you will have the chance to create captivating visual materials, both in print and digital formats, to enhance various business functions (direct-to-consumer and trade). Key Responsibilities:
- Execute graphic design projects (English, French & Chinese) by crafting and developing visual elements and layouts for communication materials.
- Design a variety of marketing collateral, including digital display banners, website graphics, email creatives, social media ads, video advertisements, animated GIFs, print ads, product catalogs, packaging, user manuals, and store signage.
- Create and edit video graphics for diverse media platforms.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional campaigns and materials for all ZWILLING brands in both Culinary and Beauty sectors.
- Support A/B testing initiatives with different visual creatives across digital channels to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Product Managers on packaging design, adhering to brand guidelines, from layout to copywriting and producing/testing UPC codes.
- Provide support to existing accounts and gourmet retailers with cooperative advertising, promotional materials, point-of-sale materials, displays, and all related images and logos.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess experience in both traditional and digital graphic design, along with video editing skills. A solid understanding of consumer behavior will enable you to tailor communications effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Graphic Design or Creative Services.
- Proficiency in graphic design and photo/video editing software (Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
- Experience in designing for web, mobile, and print platforms.
- A keen creative eye, strong copywriting skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, patience, and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Experience with both print and digital assets.
- Understanding of digital marketing trends to design and optimize creative based on customer journeys and performance metrics (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Able to prioritize tasks, proofread, and manage work independently.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure.
