Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team at Ten Ren Tea Co. (Ontario) Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and production, with experience in supervising other designers and coordinating production for various media.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of graphic designers and graphic arts technicians
  • Estimate time and resources required for graphic design and production projects
  • Work collaboratively with clients to establish the overall look and feel of communications materials
  • Determine the most effective medium and vehicle for communication
  • Develop and implement graphic elements that meet client objectives
  • Establish guidelines for illustrators and photographers
  • Prepare and review sketches, layouts, and graphic elements

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design and production
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
