- Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, meeting sales targets and achieving business objectives
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by the company
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the team
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a retail environment, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
