Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with parts department and customer service teams to meet fill rate objectives.
- Accurately pick and pack items according to the provided pick list, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed for shipments within established guidelines.
- Execute tasks as directed by the supervisor.
- Identify and organize inventory in designated locations, inputting relevant data into the ERP system.
- Assist in loading trucks with finished products.
- Conduct inspections of outgoing shipments to check for damage during the loading phase.
- Perform inventory counts as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Skills
- Strong communication skills and a reliable attendance record are required.
- Physical fitness is necessary to handle various goods, including steel and other products.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Required Experience
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in operating forklifts and related machinery safely and effectively.
- Capability to perform job duties outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and slippery surfaces.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills and consistent attendance.
- Physical fitness to manage the handling of all goods, steel, and products as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
