Job Title: Construction Foreman/Woman

Sticks Concrete Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve productivity and efficiency on construction sites.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed to the required quality and safety standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of construction activities, including time sheets, inventory, and safety reports.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, and safety vest.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
