Position Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for assessing, designing, and enhancing manufacturing techniques. This role leverages expertise in product design, materials, manufacturing processes, and production equipment capabilities, as well as assembly techniques and quality assurance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, design, and enhance manufacturing processes.
- Identify deficiencies and enhance a Quality Program to ensure adherence to the Quality Policy.
- Initiate improved reporting, materials planning, and system organization.
- Detect patterns of non-compliance, recommend corrective actions, and communicate findings to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain engineering Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the MRP environment while supporting operational functions.
- Utilize existing engineering documentation to structure, prepare, create, and maintain BOMs and hardware lists in the MRP system.
- Provide technical support for the MRP system, manufacturing equipment, and tools.
- Lead collaborative projects aimed at enhancing manufacturing processes and systems.
- Effectively manage engineering requirements during MRP implementation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.
- Proficient in CAD/Solidworks.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to compose routine reports and correspondence.
- Effective communication skills with employees at all organizational levels.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Legally authorized to work in the applicable country.
- Experience in CNC programming.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
