Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Galaxy Homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
    • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
    • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Team Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and technicians
    • Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
    • Encourage a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all construction work is carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
    • Implement and maintain a quality management system to ensure that all projects meet the required standards
    • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
    • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
    • Manage and resolve conflicts and issues that may arise during the project
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in construction project management
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of successful project delivery
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
