Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate support to the sales team to enhance overall performance.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of sales methodologies and processes to contribute effectively to team goals.
  • Coordinate meetings and events for the sales department, ensuring all logistical aspects are meticulously managed.
  • Prepare essential client documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain and update various databases and monthly reporting systems.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of investment products and account types is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop sales skills and achieve results.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, complemented by excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to thrive under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the financial services industry in a client-facing role.
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field is an asset.
  • Relevant certifications such as EMD/CSC are advantageous.
