Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide a team of graphic designers and graphic arts technicians to ensure high-quality output and efficient workflow.
  • Estimate and manage project timelines to deliver designs and illustrations on schedule.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement visual strategies that align with our company's goals.
  • Coordinate the production of print, audio-visual, and electronic materials, including sub-contracting and vendor management.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop design concepts that meet their objectives.
  • Determine the most effective medium and communication channel to achieve the desired visual impact.
  • Establish design guidelines and standards for illustrators and photographers.
  • Develop and refine design concepts, including sketches, layouts, and graphic elements.
  • Utilize existing design assets, typography guides, and other resources to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, visual communications, and project management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • English language proficiency.
