About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Fitness Coach to join our team at 9Round. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for leading high-energy kickboxing themed workouts and providing motivation and guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead group fitness classes, ensuring a safe and engaging experience for all clients
  • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive class environment
  • Provide guidance and motivation to clients to help them achieve their fitness goals
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in a fitness-related role
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment
