About the Role

At Domino's Pizza Canada, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive fast and friendly service with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders by phone and in person, providing customers with accurate information about our products and current offers.
  • Manage cash transactions, including accepting payment and returning change.
  • Handle customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner, using our established approach to customer service.
  • Assist with secondary tasks, such as preparing orders for delivery or in-store consumption, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Fluency in English is required to serve our customers.
