Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Trust Officer to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a Trust Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and comprehensive fiduciary solutions to meet the needs and goals of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle estate, trust, and protection mandate accounts with precision and attention to detail.
  • Create customized client experiences by providing superior service and fiduciary solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Develop proactive client contact strategies to ensure the growth and retention of client relationships.
  • Ensure client strategic objectives are known and reviewed, and a documented client action plan is set up to meet client needs.
  • Identify referral opportunities to appropriate professionals across the RBC network.
  • Ensure the process for obtaining new business is efficient and seamless for clients and their professional advisors.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to taking ownership and accountability for efficient client problem resolution.
  • Responsible for overall client relationship management and acting as the representative of the client portfolio.
  • Assist and mentor team members in achieving their potential through effective coaching, mentoring, communication, and training and development activities.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of related experience in the financial services industry.
  • College or Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
