About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced glazier to join our team at B TOWN STICKERS. As a glazier, you will be responsible for installing and repairing glass in various settings, including residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, mark, and cut glass to precise specifications
  • Position and secure panes in frames, ensuring a watertight seal
  • Prepare detailed estimates and quotations for clients
  • Train and supervise apprentices in glass installation techniques
  • Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment
  • Supervise other workers on site, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
  • Transport cases of glass to and from job sites
  • Estimate costs and materials required for each project
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages, with a focus on safety and precision
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Will train
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35-40 hours per week
