About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hairstylist to join our team at LE POSH. As a Hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, including cutting, trimming, and styling hair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Styling: Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences, using a variety of techniques and tools.
  • Shampooing and Conditioning: Shampoo customers' hair, using a gentle and effective shampoo, and apply a deep conditioning treatment to leave hair feeling soft and silky.
  • Hair Treatments: Provide other hair treatments, such as waving, straightening, and tinting, using high-quality products and techniques.
  • Supervision: Supervise other hair stylists and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Apprenticeship: Supervise apprentices/students in training, teaching them the skills and techniques necessary to become a successful Hairstylist.
  • Coloring and Styling: Apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses to color, frost, or streak hair, using a variety of techniques and products.
  • Extensions and Accessories: Apply hair extensions, clean and style wigs and hair pieces, and suggest hair styles compatible with client's physical features and preferences.
  • Supply Management: Maintain and order supplies, ensuring that the salon is well-stocked and equipped to provide excellent service.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of clients and a tight schedule.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that each client receives exceptional service and attention.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, lifting and bending as necessary to provide excellent service.
