About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sign Maker to join our team at FR Design & Print Inc. as a Fabrication Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery to fabricate parts and products, as well as assembling and finishing signs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Operate machinery to fabricate parts and products, ensuring high-quality results and meeting production deadlines.
  • Assembly and Finishing: Assemble and finish signs, including cutting, shaping, and fitting materials to form parts and components.
  • Quality Control: Inspect signs for quality and accuracy, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Hand tools, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, reliable, and a team player.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
