About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sign Maker to join our team at FR Design & Print Inc. as a Fabrication Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery to fabricate parts and products, including cutting, shaping, and fitting materials to form parts and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Operate machinery to fabricate parts and products, ensuring high-quality output and meeting production deadlines.
  • Material Preparation: Load, feed, or place materials into machine, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Product Assembly: Assemble parts and components to form final products, using techniques such as screwing, clipping, gluing, bonding, or welding.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and return defective products for repair or recycling.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain work area, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hand-Eye Coordination: Demonstrate hand-eye coordination in operating machinery and handling materials.
