Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Cha House Coquitlam Inc. As a key member of our dining team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and counters.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure a smooth service.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
