We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at Alberta Veterinary Laboratories Ltd. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of account managers and project coordinators to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client growth and retention
- Lead a team of account managers and project coordinators to deliver high-quality client service
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies
- Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure business growth and profitability
- 10+ years of experience in a client service or marketing role
- Extensive experience in the advertising and marketing industry
- Experience in managing and leading others
- Strong team leadership skills and a team-first attitude
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
