Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and display the client's products on shelves, ensuring that any authorized promotional materials are effectively arranged for easy access by pet owners.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with store staff, management, and pet owners.
  • Equip store staff with knowledge about pet health, nutrition, and product benefits to enhance recommendations and sales (with guidance from the client and approval from store management).
  • Increase brand recognition and loyalty by actively engaging with pet owners and their pets in-store and during events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by sharing insights on pet health and nutrition and making tailored product suggestions for their pets.
  • Set up demonstrations and displays as needed.
  • Utilize provided materials, such as equipment and handouts, to engage store staff and pet owners effectively.
  • Assist with special projects as required.

Success Factors

  • A genuine enthusiasm for pets, their health, and nutrition.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between various stores in your area.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Access to a smart device for reporting purposes.
  • Experience with pets is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Relevant qualifications in the pet field (RVT, AHT, BSc, or MSc) are advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
