Key Responsibilities
- Organize and present the client's products on shelves, ensuring promotional materials are effectively displayed for pet owners.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with store staff, management, and pet owners.
- Educate store personnel on pet health, nutrition, and product benefits to boost recommendations and sales (with guidance from the client).
- Increase brand recognition by actively engaging with pet owners and their pets during store visits and events.
- Provide exceptional customer service by sharing insights on pet health and nutrition, along with tailored product suggestions.
- Set up demonstrations and displays as needed.
- Utilize provided materials to engage store staff and pet owners effectively.
- Assist with special projects as required.
Success Factors
- A genuine enthusiasm for pets and their well-being.
- Reliable transportation to travel between various locations.
Qualifications
- Access to a smart device for reporting purposes.
- Experience with pets is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant qualifications in the pet field (e.g., RVT, AHT, BSc, or MSc) are advantageous but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
