We are seeking a dedicated individual who prioritizes customer satisfaction while delivering essential postal services. This role involves providing exceptional service at the counter and ensuring efficient mail handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promoting and selling postal services and products to the public and businesses
- Accurately sorting, distributing, and processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting customers with inquiries and providing necessary forms
- Resolving delivery and service-related issues promptly and effectively
Qualifications:
- Completion of high school or equivalent experience in business administration
- Experience in customer service or retail sales, including handling transactions
- Familiarity with basic accounting practices or postal operations
- Ability to lift mail containers up to 50 lbs, manage sorting tasks, and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work on a temporary, on-call basis
