Job Title: Construction Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team at Durabuilt Windows & Doors Inc. As a key member of our estimating team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs for construction projects
  • Develop and maintain a directory of suppliers and trade contractors
  • Liaise with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate estimates
  • Monitor and adjust contract expenditures to ensure project profitability
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in construction estimating
  • Membership in the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
