- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with essential stakeholders to define the objectives and aims of the Cyber Security initiatives.
- Requirements Gathering: Execute elicitation and coordination activities to document the business requirements of the security program from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Program Assessment: Evaluate existing security governance documentation, identify undocumented processes, and assess maturity levels across various business capabilities to create a comprehensive overview of the current state.
- Governance Framework Development: Assist in the formulation of a security governance framework for ongoing oversight and management of the security initiatives.
- Policy Evaluation: Review security policies, standards, and procedures against industry best practices and regulatory standards to ensure compliance.
- Performance Metrics: Define and enhance information security Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to assess the effectiveness of the security program.
- Communication Tools: Develop information visualization tools such as dashboards and reports to effectively communicate security status and trends to executive management.
- Project Analysis Support: Provide business analysis support for significant projects, including the procurement and implementation of a Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution.
- PAM Implementation: Support the adoption and implementation of a PAM solution to modernize the management of privileged credentials and permission roles.
- Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other assigned work packages, tasks, and duties as required.
