Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Snowplough Operator to join our team at Emcon Services Inc. As a Snowplough Operator, you will be responsible for operating various vehicles and equipment to maintain safe and efficient road conditions during winter months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate snowploughs and other heavy equipment to clear snow and ice from roads and highways
  • Check, lubricate, refuel, and clean equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Report any malfunctions or issues to supervisor
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions
Requirements
  • AZ class license and Air Brakes Endorsement
  • Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks) and Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles)
  • Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work in cold, hot, noisy, and wet/damp environments

As a Snowplough Operator, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work outdoors in cold, hot, noisy, and wet/damp environments.
