Employ digital tools to gather and share relevant information with clients. Deliver outstanding service to multiple clients simultaneously, contributing to the establishment's goal of achieving 5-Star Customer Service. Proactively resolve customer issues with confidence and know when to escalate matters to management. Prepare for client appointments by reviewing profiles and preferences, ensuring fitting rooms are ready. Cultivate relationships by welcoming clients, asking insightful questions, and actively listening to understand their expectations and desires. Aim to identify the ideal gown or dress within the first three selections presented to the client. Review scheduling calendars and coordinate future appointments based on client needs; follow up with clients to remind them of upcoming sales. Explain the significance of alterations in perfecting the dress for special occasions, collaborating with Alterations Specialists to set up fitting appointments. Assist the team in achieving an 80% conversion rate of brides to alteration appointments. Ensure accurate measurements are taken and recorded for ordering dresses, minimizing returns and exchanges. Maintain store standards (cleanliness, organization, promotional readiness) to facilitate a flawless shopping experience. Report any equipment issues to management. Adhere to high dress code standards. Promote the loyalty program and partner services to enhance the customer experience for all life events.

Analytical Skills & Decision Making

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing detailed product and service information. Build relationships to exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Performance Management

Meet sales productivity standards by applying the 5-Step Selling Process. Support all cash handling procedures and ensure transactions are processed accurately, making every customer feel valued. (Inquire about their shopping experience, suggest additional products, confirm contact details, review receipts/policies, and schedule future appointments). Maintain knowledge of procedures for special order dresses. Consistently achieve a platform conversion rate of 65% or higher. Meet add-on sales goals, including headpieces at 75%, foundations at 10%, and shoes at 20%. Schedule follow-up appointments for the entire wedding party, including bridesmaids, mothers of the bride, and flower girls. Become a trusted advisor by completing training promptly and continuously enhancing product knowledge and fashion expertise. Strive to become a Circle of Excellence member by surpassing sales targets.

Adaptability

Implement new processes, behaviors, contests, and programs as directed. Perform assigned duties as directed by management, including: Promotion and signage setup Merchandising and visual displays Inventory markdowns and counts

Physical Requirements:

Education & Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. 1-2 years of prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment is preferred, along with experience using computerized POS systems.
