Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a smooth and organized work environment.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and greet visitors.
  • Project Coordination: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion.

  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment with a team of professionals.
