- Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and greet visitors.
- Project Coordination: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment with a team of professionals.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
