About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our Center of Excellence team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements, developing and maintaining client relationships, and providing guidance and support to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead audit engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients and EY management
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technical issues
  • Oversee and review staff work products to ensure high quality
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience working as an auditor
  • Canadian CPA auditor professional accounting designation, or a reciprocal CPA auditor designation recognized with the CICA
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Dedication to teamwork and leadership
