Position Overview

The Culinary Specialist at MINT LEAF SWEETS & RESTAURANT plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of food preparation and service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess food portion sizes and associated costs.
  • Request necessary food and kitchen supplies.
  • Instruct staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
  • Manage the ordering of supplies and kitchen equipment.
  • Oversee kitchen personnel and support staff.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food items, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and work areas.
  • Coordinate and organize buffets and banquet events.
  • Administer kitchen operations effectively.
