We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Director to join our team at MY MORTGAGE CONSULTANT INC.

Job Summary:

The Financial Services Director will be responsible for leading our financial services team, establishing objectives, and formulating policies and programs. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Conduct performance reviews and select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Judgement and organized
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work under pressure.
