About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at 1053657 BC Ltd. dba Dairy Queen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
  • Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure we are meeting our customer service and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
