Work Integrated Learning Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to coordinate our Work Integrated Learning (WIL) initiatives. As a WIL Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic framework for WIL, facilitating quality learning opportunities for students, and collaborating with internal and external partners to advance WIL practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a WIL strategic framework that aligns with college goals and industry needs
- Coordinate WIL initiatives, including research, programming, and policy development
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance WIL practices and identify grant opportunities
- Support students, instructors, and employees in developing successful WIL experiences
- Provide resources and connections to foster successful WIL experiences
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. You should have 2 years' experience in a student-service-related setting, with a strong understanding of post-secondary curriculum and advising practices. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
