Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering customer questions, making product recommendations, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and keeping the sales floor tidy.
  • Ensure that all products are accurately priced and displayed, and that the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Assist customers with purchases, including loading groceries into their vehicles and answering questions about products.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
