Job Summary

Canada Building Materials is seeking a skilled Ready Mix Truck Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering and unloading concrete to customer sites in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Trip Inspections: Perform thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Concrete Delivery: Safely deliver and unload concrete to customer sites, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Vehicle Operation: Operate trucks in a safe and consistent manner, adhering to all relevant safety protocols.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, including participating in training and development programs.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid DZ or AZ license, with a clean driver abstract (minimum 3 years).
  • Knowledge of Highway Traffic Act: Be knowledgeable about the Highway Traffic Act and its regulations.
  • Manual Transmission Experience: Have experience operating manual transmission vehicles.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible with scheduling and able to work overtime hours during peak season.
