**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled Regulated Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Save-On-Foods. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of prescriptions, performing technical functions of dispensing, and providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Receive and transcribe verbal prescriptions from practitioners
  • Transfer prescriptions to and receive prescriptions from other pharmacies
  • Ensure that prescriptions are complete and authentic
  • Perform the final check of prepared prescriptions
  • Perform all technical functions of dispensing prescriptions
  • Support and maintain dispensary and front store (OTC) operations
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Adhere to merchandising programs, operational procedures, and company policies
  • Observe and direct Pharmacy Assistants and Clerks in dispensary activities

**Requirements**

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Regulated Pharmacy Technician licence and good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC
  • Pharmacy dispensary experience or Kroll computer experience an asset

**Compensation Details**

$24.50 - $31.50 per hour

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
