Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Merchandising Team Lead to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing retail merchandising strategies in grocery stores across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute retail merchandising plans in grocery stores, including resets and relines, to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
  • Collaborate with store management and merchandising teams to achieve sales goals and improve store appearance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers, area managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
  • Provide timely and accurate electronic reporting of reset execution and work hours.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail merchandising to continuously improve execution and results.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation to multiple locations.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50+ pounds.
  • Comfortable working with technology, including smartphones and tablets.
  • Prior experience in grocery or big box store retail merchandising is preferred.
  • Planogram experience is a plus, with training available for the right candidate.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
